Cutaway has been cutting, coring and scanning concrete across Sydney since 2003. Online, all of that sits on a three-page Wix template that names seven services but explains none of them, and never mentions a single Sydney suburb. This proposal replaces it with a site built around how your customers actually search: a page for every service and a page for every suburb you work in.
Builders, plumbers and electricians who have used Cutaway keep coming back. The trouble is everyone else. When a site manager in Parramatta or a homeowner in Bondi searches for "core drilling near me" or "concrete scanning Chatswood", Google looks for a page that answers exactly that. Today, Cutaway does not have one.
Home, Gallery and Contact. The footer still reads "©2022 by Cutaway Concrete Cutting. Proudly created with Wix.com".
Sawing, coring, scanning, handheld, road, wall and wire sawing are listed as words. Three get a heading and a photo. None has a description or its own page.
The only location on the site is "the New South Wales area". Not Sydney, not a region, not one of the hundreds of suburbs you actually travel to.
How we have approached it. Rather than describe a new website, we built one. The concept in section 04 is a complete working site, structured around your seven services and every Sydney suburb, so you can judge it by clicking through it rather than reading about it.
We read every page of cutawaynsw.com on 23 October 2026. The issues are not about how the site looks. They are about structure: what pages exist, what each one says it is about, and whether Google has anything to match against the searches your customers make.

Concrete cutting is a local trade. People search for the job and the place: "core drilling Chatswood", "concrete cutting Parramatta", "concrete scanning near me". Google answers those with pages that match both the service and the area. Cutaway works across all of Sydney, but has no page for any part of it.
Examples of the searches your customers make, and where each one can land. These illustrate the structure; they are not ranking claims.
Google Search Central, spam policies: doorway abuse (developers.google.com/search/docs/essentials/spam-policies). General guidance, not a ranking guarantee.
This is not a mock-up. A working 649 page concept site already exists, using your own photos, your phone number and the orange from your ute signage. Open it on your phone, open the mega menu, search for your suburb, and send a test enquiry.

Your homepage, rebuilt. Your saw, your crew, your number, front and centre.
A service page and a suburb page. Every one of your seven services and 621 suburbs has its own.
Sawing, coring, scanning, handheld, road, wall and wire sawing, each with 500 to 700 words, a scope list, a 4-step process and FAQs.
621 suburbs across 15 regions, with a suburb finder on the service areas page so customers jump straight to theirs.
Your safety-first method made into a selling point: scanning, the right saw, wet cutting for silica, and a clean site.
The orange and blade from your ute signage, bold industrial type, and your own job photos throughout.
The concept becomes your live site on cutawaynsw.com. The difference from today is structure: a page for every service, every region and every suburb, each with a clear heading, its own address and the questions customers ask.
A modern, fast, mobile-first site in your brand, replacing the Wix template.
One page for each thing you sell, written for the people who buy it.
Sydney mapped the way Google and your customers think about it.
The technical groundwork SEO and AI search both rely on, done from day one.
So every enquiry arrives with what you need to quote.
A website is only worth what it brings in. Here is what changes for Cutaway when the new site goes live.
More people now ask Google's AI, ChatGPT or Gemini questions like "do I need to scan a slab before core drilling?" or "who does concrete cutting in the Hills District?". These tools draw on websites that answer clearly. The concept site already carries around 2,500 FAQ answers across its service and suburb pages, marked up with structured data, so Cutaway's answers are there to be found.
The concept means the structure and first draft of every page are done. What is left is your changes, your sign-off and the launch.

One fixed fee for the complete website, paid in two equal halves: half on acceptance and half at launch. No monthly fee is required for the website.

Due once you have approved the finished site and it is live on cutawaynsw.com.
The bottom line. $750 + GST on acceptance and $750 + GST at launch, for a 649 page website with a page for every service and every Sydney suburb. That is about $2.30 a page, and one extra core drilling or slab cutting job from the site can cover it.
All fees are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. Fresh Digital is registered for GST. The website is $1,500 + GST ($1,650 once GST is added), payable in two equal parts: $750 + GST ($825 incl. GST) on acceptance and $750 + GST ($825 incl. GST) at launch. Domain renewal and any third-party subscriptions remain the responsibility of Cutaway. Ongoing SEO, Google Business Profile management and Google Ads are not included and can be quoted separately. No ranking position or number of enquiries is promised; results are measured, not guaranteed. The website, its content and your accounts remain yours. Payment details are at the end of this proposal. This proposal is valid until 22 November 2026.
Because the problem is structure, not a missing page or two. The new site is built around services and suburbs from the ground up: 649 linked pages with proper headings, titles and structured data. Adding that to a three-page template would cost more and still leave the homepage headed "About Us".
Not when they are done properly. Google's spam policies target thin pages that swap a place name into identical text. Each Cutaway suburb page carries region-specific copy, its own list of common jobs, its own FAQs and its own nearby suburbs, grouped under region hubs. As you complete jobs, real local projects can be added to make them stronger still.
Yes. The site goes live on cutawaynsw.com with your existing number and email. Your old Gallery and Contact addresses are redirected to the new pages so nothing breaks.
Yes. The concept is a first draft. You tell us what to change before launch, and we confirm every service description is accurate for your equipment and methods.
The site is built SEO-ready, with the structure, headings and structured data search engines need. Ongoing SEO, Google Business Profile management and Google Ads are separate and optional. We can quote them whenever you want to push harder.
Daniel Shaw is your contact from day one. His direct line and email are below, and every question on scope, numbers or progress goes straight to him.
